  • Sauce Pan

Ingredients

Rose Simple Syrup

  • 2 tbsp Rose petals (or 1 teaspoon rose water)
  • 1/4 cup Honey/Agave/Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Water

For Hot Latte

  • 1 tbsp Instant Espresso Powder (Starbucks instant espresso powder)
  • 2 tbsp Rose Syrup
  • 1 cup Oat Milk (or any other Vegan milk)

Instructions

Rose Simple Syrup

  • Rose Simple Syrup: 1. 2 tbsp rose petals or 1 teaspoon rose water

Notes

  1. You can always replace Oat Milk with Almond Milk. However, I have noticed that, Oat Milk tastes the best. I use Oatly brand Oat Milk and I can vouch for the taste.
  2. If you are an Iced Latte person, then use the same recipe to make a Iced Vegan Rose Latte. Just add Ice :)
  3. I use a cheap frother from IKEA to froth the hot oat milk. Works like magic.
  4. Make sure that, you taste as you go while adding the Rose Simple Syrup. It has a tendency to taste perfumy.
  5. You can store the left over Rose Simple Syrup to make cocktails or pour over ice cream.
Lastly, if you made this recipe, share a pic. :)
