1/2 cup Butter milk or, 1/2 cup milk mixed with 1 table spoon lemon juice or vinegar 2 Eggs Room temperature 1/4 cup Oil Light Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce See Notes section below for recipe link 2 cups Diced and finely chopped pears 1 cup APF 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Nutmeg 1 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Baking soda Pinch salt
Mix the Wet Ingredients: Pre -heat the oven to 350 degree F/180 degree C In a separate bowl whisk the oil, sugar, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and caramel.
